Wood floors can be durable, but they can also be prone to scratches and dents from heavy foot traffic or furniture. In areas where there is a lot of activity, such as entryways or living rooms, hardwood floors may not be the best choice.

Hardwood floors can be beautiful, but they can also collect dust and allergens, which can be a problem for people with allergies or respiratory issues.
